Fitness Tune-Up: Lose weight, get toned and be fit. A systematic approach, using resistance training and cardiovascular exercises to get you looking and feeling great.


Boot Camp: Intense outdoor conditioning, involving an array of exercises including calisthenics, yoga, cardio, and body weight exercise's.


Aquatic Workouts: Swim your way to health. Swimming is one of the safest and most effective ways to train your body. These low impact water workouts will provide variety to normal routine, while strengthening your heart, muscles and lungs.


Functional/Athletic Conditioning: Functional and Athletic conditioning is designed to help you achieve your lifestyle and sport specific goals. We will work together to develop custom exercises and programs to fit your individual needs. Interval training, plyometrics and timed workout drills will be used.


Cross Training: Keep your muscles confused with cross training. The concept behind this program is to constantly vary workout modes, speed and resistance so your body never adapts to one routine. This equates to quicker gains and fitness achievement. All of the fitness programs listed will be used in cross training.


Core Fit: Strengthen your core muscles, improve body control, and have greater efficiency of movement, through an assortment of core stabilizing exercises.


Integrated Flexibility: All fitness programs will involve static stretching in order to increase your range of motion and to help prevent injury.
